Our research group was first established by late Professor Sicien Chen (member of CAS) in 1928, and developed along with systematics and evolution of superfamily Chrysomeloidea (Coleoptera). In last 20 years, our research interests are mainly focus on morphology and evolution of beetles. Over 30 research projects have been hold since 2000, more than 20 monographs and about 300 papers or book chapters have been published since 1990.
