Research Interests:
  • Non-coding RNAs' interaction: especially the relationship of miRNAs, piRNAs and ml-ncRNAs.
  • Genes' interaction network: especially networks comprising protein coding genes and non-coding RNAs.
  • Human-associated microbial communities: especially the functions of microbes in gastro-intestinal.
  • Evolution and phylogeny: especially co-evolution.
  • Bioinformatics software, algorithm and database: such as software and algorithm about miRNAs' prediction, miRNA target genes' prediction and database about non-coding RNAs.
