Our research interests covers a wide range, including taxonomy, evolution, biogeography and conservation biology of mammals:

(1) Taxonomy and systematics of mammals based on morphometrics or molecular data.

(2) Evolution of mammals inferred from integrative study of fossil occurrences and extant species.

(3) Biogeography of mammals in special areas such as Xingjiang, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and adjacent areas.

(4) Biodiversity and conservation of special groups (large and middle-sized mammals) or the biodiversity hot-spots in China.
